I’m curious about pectin as an irritant. I can’t eat apples with peels, beans are problematic… it creates serious issues with getting fiber into my system. Now all I do is avoid those triggers.

Love these tips!

Acidifying the stomach has also been a game changer for me in fighting bacterial overgrowth. In my journey, life stress has weakened my stomach acid, hurt digestion, and caused constipation. Working on my stress levels and acidifying my stomach has done wonders ☺️
